Live Mini Baccarat - Basic Rules
The aim of Baccarat is simply to get a hand with a points total closest to nine. Aces count as one, number cards two to nine as their face value, and tens and picture cards count as zero.
If the value of a hand is ten points plus, then subtract ten points for the final baccarat point value of the hand. For example, 7+6=13=3 and 4+6=10=0.
For each round, place your wager on the Banker’s hand, on your hand or on a tie. You and the Banker are then each dealt a two-card hand. In certain cases, a third card is dealt to the player or the Banker or both (Third Card Rules – see below). Cards are dealt from a shoe that holds eight decks of cards.
The player closest to nine wins.
If you bet on your hand and win, you are paid 2 to 1 winnings on your bet.
If you bet on the Banker and the Banker wins, you are paid 2 for 1 minus 5% bank commission (referred to as vigorish).
If both your hand and the Banker’s hand have equal totals, the game result is a ‘tie’. If you have placed a bet on the ‘tie’ field, your payoff is 8/1.

Third Card Rules
The following baccarat rule chart governs when the player and/or the Banker will automatically be dealt a third card in the game:

If the player stands, then the Banker hits on a total of five or less. If the player does hit, then use the table below to determine if the Banker hits or stands.

Important note: If either the player and/or the Banker has a total of eight or nine, they both stand. This rule overrides all other rules.
Side bets
In addition to the Player, Banker or Tie bets, side bets can be placed.
The rules of the Side bets are as follows:
- The Player Pair, Banker Pair and Either Pair side bets win if the first two cards drawn by the dealer form a pair on the respective position.
- The Perfect Pair side bet wins if the first two Player or Banker cards form a pair of the same suit. For example, a pair of seven of Diamonds.
- The Big side bet wins if the total number of cards dealt between Player and Banker is five or six.
- The Small side bet wins if the total number of cards dealt between Player and Banker is four.
Side bets are not associated with the main game bets. For example, you can bet on the Player main bet position and Banker Pair side bet, and vice versa.

Egalite Extra Side Bet
Egalite Extra is a side bet, that allows you to bet that the Player and Banker hands will form a specific Tie with an equal score.
- The bet wins if the hands result in a Tie of the same specific score. If the result of the hand is not a Tie, or a Tie of a different score, all Egalite Extra bets are lost.
- It is possible to bet on Egalite Extra betting position without placing a main bet.
- Player can choose to place one or more bets on the specific score Tie hands offered by the Egalite Extra side bets.
