Self-exclusion: information and instructions

Take a break from gambling or stop playing all together in a few simple steps. Below you'll find information about our exclusion tools and how they work.

How does self-exclusion work?

The exclusion tool can help you take healthy breaks when needed. There are three types to choose from:

  • Take a break: This option allows you to have a break from playing for 24 hours up to 60 days. You'll be able to enjoy our games again when that period expires.
  • Self-exclusion: Exclude your account for 120, 180 days or at least 1 year (indefinite self-exclusion). Once it expires, contact us and we'll help you reinstate your account.
    • To start playing again after 180 days have passed:
      • Log in to your account on our website. You'll see a pop-up message asking if you want to reinstate your account. If the self-exclusion expires while you're logged in, you won't see the pop-up. You'll need to log out and log in again to see the pop-up message.
      • Choose 'Reinstate' and confirm your choice by entering your password. If you choose 'Do not reinstate', your self-exclusion will remain active. You'll see the same message at your next login.
  • National exclusion: You can self-exclude for a certain period or until further notice from all online gambling sites licensed in Sweden through Spelpaus.se.

What is a national self-exclusion?

A national exclusion lets you self-exclude from all gambling sites licensed in Sweden. If you've decided you don't want to play on any gambling sites, visit Spelpaus and choose the time that suits you and your needs. They offer exclusion periods of one month, three months, six months, or until further notice. When you do this, all accounts you have on gambling sites will be excluded, including our site.

If you're already registered with Spelpaus and want to remove yourself from the scheme, contact them directly.

When will I be able to play again?

Once an exclusion request is confirmed, it can't be reversed. When the exclusion period expires, you'll be able to enjoy our games again.

To see the specific time and date when your exclusion expires, log in to your account and go to the Responsible Gaming section. Under 'take a break,' you'll be able to see details of when your exclusion expires.

What can and can't I do during a self-exclusion?

During your exclusion period, you'll still be able to log in to your account and make withdrawals. But you won't be able to play any games, make transactions, and you won't receive any marketing emails or newsletters from us.

How do I know if self-excluding is right for me?

Answer these questions to help evaluate your gambling habits:

1. Did you ever lose time from work or school because of gambling?
2. Has playing caused you to neglect your or your family's welfare?
