Canceling a pending withdrawal

Players can only have one pending withdrawal per payment method at any point.

If you'd like to withdraw with the same payment method as your pending withdrawal, cancel it and enter a new one.

To cancel a pending withdrawal using your desktop, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to the 'Cashier'.
2. In the 'More' tab select 'Transaction history'.
3. Choose the transaction you want to cancel and select the ‘Cancel pending withdrawal’ button.
4. Enter your password and confirm the cancellation.

You can also cancel a pending withdrawal through your mobile and website. Select 'Account' → 'Cashier' → 'Pending withdrawals' and repeat the steps above.
